Products, quotes and orders
Product images, sizes, minimum quantities, descriptions and indicative prices on this website are for general information and may change. A request for a quote does not place an order. Final specifications, quantity, price, taxes, payment and delivery details should be confirmed with Watrmark before production begins. Where a product link takes you to a third-party marketplace, that provider’s own terms govern purchases made there.
Artwork and proofs
By sharing a logo or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and authorise Watrmark to use it to prepare your quote, proof and order. Please review and approve all artwork, spelling, colours and specifications before production. Printing may vary slightly from on-screen previews because of materials and production processes.
Payment, delivery and changes
Any payment schedule and delivery estimate will be agreed as part of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may depend on artwork approval, production and courier availability. If you need to change or cancel a custom order, contact us promptly; once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible. If there is a problem with your order, let us know so we can review it with you.

Watrmark’s website content, branding and product photographs may not be reproduced without permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
