How to request deletion
Email info.watrmark@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or send a message to Watrmark on WhatsApp at +91 90040 71931. Include the name and email address or phone number you used to contact us, and describe the information you want deleted. Please do not send sensitive identity documents or payment details in your initial request.
What happens next
We will use the contact details you provide to locate the relevant records and may ask you to verify that the request is yours. We will review and delete eligible enquiry messages, contact details, logos or artwork, and other associated information held by Watrmark, and confirm the outcome using your chosen contact channel.
When information must be kept
Some order, payment or delivery records may need to be kept for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or fraud-prevention purposes. If we cannot delete something, we will explain why. Data held independently by payment providers, couriers or Meta may be subject to their own deletion processes; you may need to contact those providers directly.
